Dear Mayor,
I’m more than challenged when it comes to the internet, electronics, etc., ( I thought I was reaching your official email.) I would like for you to praise the South Patrol officers for doing “drive throughs” more often at this slum trailer park called Stonecroft. The officers seem to realize that not everyone that lives in a trailer park is an inbred sloth, and I am most grateful. Anytime that an officer can make an appearance here is a blessing, so thanks to you and the officers.

I haven’t seen my daughter since she was almost three, and just heard her voice on the phone for the first time in a year. If this doesn’t belong here I am sorry.

My daughter was smuggled out of the country by my current wife’s family two years ago. My daughter was enrolled in a school Mexico. It is a felony in the state of Missouri to withhold a child from a parent for more than 90 days. Then increases to a class B felony if the child is with held from the other parent for more than 120 days. I have not seen my daughter in two years. It is a Federal offense to remove a child from the United States without the other parents permission. I had my daughter red flagged so if stopped at a border she couldn’t leave the country. The Kansas City Police Department told me they have seen people prosecuted for less. A detective that I will not name really fought hard for me to try and get a prosecutor to take the case. They told him it was a civil matter. The law clearly states in the state of Missouri it is not a civil matter. The FBI said they are to backed up on these cases. My daughter was just brought back in the country so my wife can to continue to illegally collect food stamps while she comes and goes and sells them to her sister when she is in Mexico. I don’t care about this but this is a time urgent situation and can’t seem to get help. I haven’t seen my baby girl since she was two and heard her voice for the first time. I am begging for help… Please, please, help me. She lives in Carmargo, Chihuahua, Mexico most of the time and people are getting killed right and left over the drug wars. Her family is involved in the drug wars and I am scared for my life if I go visit. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!! I miss my baby girl and so does the rest of her family she will be five in October. I just find this site trying to contact the mayor. I have very few days and she will be gone again to be raised by her grandparents if our justice system does not do their job. This may be my only chance.

My comment falls under the issue of budget alignment and savings, and city depratment operations. One significant problem that I’ve seen is how we as departments charge each other for services. There seems to be no consistency in charges for overhead, nor is there transparency in how that overhead is calculated. the city’s overhead for each employee should be basically the same. All city employees get certain vacation, sick leave, pension, and insurance. shouldn’t those overhead amounts be the same? The way it is done now departments are charging each other more than the private does sector for certain work.
